WHERE WE SHIP

Domestic shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update this page.

Free standard shipping

Orders under $99

Flat rate $6.90

Express shipping

Available at checkout for an additional fee

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, though transit times may vary by region.

Express shipping options offer faster delivery and estimated arrival dates will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@fullyFT.com.


ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fullyFT.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a full refund.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your carrier and neighbors first, then reach out to us. We’ll do everything we can to help.
