Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase.
All sales on opened or used products are final. We do not accept returns on opened supplements for health and safety reasons.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return: Contact us at hello@fullyft.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, ship the item back at your own expense. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or defective products are fully covered. If your order arrived damaged or there's a product defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.
We're real people and we're here to help. If something isn't right with your order, reach out before assuming we can't fix it. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
