SHIPPING & ORDERS

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.90. Orders over $99 ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@fullyft.com and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships. Once an order has shipped we're unable to modify it.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does Subscribe & Save work? When you subscribe you save 10% on every order. Your supplement ships automatically on your chosen schedule so you never run out.

How do I manage my subscription? Log into your account at fullyFT.com to pause, skip, change your delivery frequency, or update your payment method at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel anytime through your account — no phone calls, no hoops. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Will I be notified before each subscription order? Yes. You'll receive an email reminder before each subscription renewal so you're never caught off guard.


BRAND & MISSION

Who started Fully Functional Therapeutics? Fully Functional Therapeutics was founded by two sisters — Ricki and Dalia. Dalia is a registered dietitian specializing in functional nutrition and women's hormonal health. Together we built the supplement brand we wished existed: science-backed, clean, and made specifically for women navigating every stage of hormonal health.

What makes Fully Functional Therapeutics different? Three things: formulation quality, transparency, and focus. We only use bioavailable ingredient forms that your body can actually absorb and use. We show you exactly what's in every product and why. And everything we make is designed specifically for women's hormonal health — not a generic formula with a pink label.

Do you work with or replace doctors? Neither. We fill the gaps. We believe in finding root causes, not just managing symptoms — and supplements are one powerful tool in that process. We always encourage you to work with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have an existing condition or are on medication.

Are your products suitable for all stages of a woman's life? Yes. We formulate with the full hormonal journey in mind — from menstruation and fertility through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Not every product is right for every stage, so always read the product details and consult your provider when needed.


CERTIFICATIONS

Are your products kosher certified? Yes. All Fully Functional Therapeutics products are kosher certified by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc).

Are your products vegan? Yes. Our current formulations are vegan.

Are your products non-GMO? Yes. We use non-GMO ingredients across our product line.

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. Our products are tested by an independent third-party lab for purity and potency. You can email us to request a copy of the COA.

Are your products manufactured in a GMP-certified facility? Yes. All products are manufactured in a facility that follows Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Do you accept returns on opened products? No. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method.


GENERAL SUPPLEMENT QUESTIONS

Can I take multiple supplements together? In many cases yes, but it depends on the specific combination. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before stacking multiple supplements, especially if you're on medication or managing a health condition.

Do I need to consult a doctor before starting? We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medications.

How long before I see results? It depends on the supplement and the person. Some benefits — like better sleep or reduced muscle tension — can be felt within days. Hormonal and cycle-related benefits typically take 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Consistency is key.

Are your supplements safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding? Some supplements are commonly used during pregnancy and postpartum, but every body and pregnancy is different. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting anything new while pregnant or nursing.

Where should I store my supplements? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
