About Dalia

Dalia Harush, MS, RD CDN

Dalia Harush is a registered dietitian with an MS in Nutrition from Brooklyn College, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Her undergraduate degree is in Biology from Touro University. She has worked as head dietitian in a clinical nursing home, managing nutrition for a medically complex patient population.

Dalia co-founded Fully Functional Therapeutics with her sister Ricki and formulates every product. Her approach is functional: find the root cause, not just the symptom. Her clinical work and her own experience with hormonal shifts, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery both inform how she builds formulas.

She started Fully Functional Therapeutics because she couldn't find supplements that met the standards she held for her own patients: bioavailable forms, clean ingredients, kosher certified, and science that holds up.
